Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular _ meeting of thc-
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day
of June , 1988. The following mangers were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-363
RESOLUTION FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
FOR THE COST OF CLEAN UP OF PUBLIC NUISANCE PROPERTY
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on June 20, 1988 the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the total cost for the
cleanup of public nuisance on certain lands within the City as provided by
law; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has
been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public
inspection;
NOW, IMMFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY -COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOM, MIN NESUrA:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 18th day of July, 1988 in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment
and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to
such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the
total amount of the assessment. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice
to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted'in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
Zitnr and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
