Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ 'regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day
of June 1988. The following members were present: _
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-362
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST 'M BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR
THE COST OF CLEAN UP OF PUBLIC NUISANCE PROPERTY
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Section 18.271 M.S.A. by City Council
Resolution of the City of Plymouth has caused the cleanup of public nuisance
pr=operty on certain lands within said City, and a dete*mination has been made
that certain charges thereto have not been paid as provided by law, and the
total amount of such work amounts to $36,022.04.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such assessment to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $36,022.04.
2.• The City Clerk, with the assistance of the Public Safety, shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for
such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of
land within the district affected without regard to cash valuation,
as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed
assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the ccmpletion of such proposed assessment,
notify the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider,Codncilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,

The following voted against or abstained: None _
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly.passed and adopted.
