Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of June
1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou:
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk :
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 357
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
DUNKIRK MEADOWS - STREET AND UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 817
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of Dunkirk Meadows
Addn. east of Dunkirk Lane by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm
sever and Class 5 aggregate base and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that B b D Underground, Inc., is the lowest responsible bidder,
complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with B b D Underground Construction, Inc.
in the name of the City of Plymouth for the improvement of Dunkirk
Meadows Addition, Project No. 817, according to the plans and
specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in
the office of the City Clerk in the amount of the low bid of
$56,768.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the
deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be
retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the followings
ollowin voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and isk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
