RESOLUTION NO. 88- 351A
ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS
PROJECT NO 823
SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN AREA - PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK 2ND ADDITION
IEREAS, in conformance with the development contract, we have received a Waiver of
tsessment Hearing from the property owner of Prime West Business Park 2nd Addition waiving
it r right to special assessment hearings covering the installation of sanitary sewer anc
iter trunk facilities and all other appurtenances;
THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
NESOTA:
...Such proposed assessment, A'copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is

hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named
fierein and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the
Propostd improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it.

03.1.E Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of
5: years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in
�nusry 1989, and shall bear interest at the rate of 8.00% per annum from the date of
exloption of this assessment resolution. To the first insrallment shall be added
ltterest on the entire assessment from the date of this Resolution until December 31,
”1ti89', To each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one year on
all unpaid installments.
"3". The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the
assessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the assessment on such
ti property with interest accrued to the date of payment to the City Finance Director,
eept that no interest shall bechargedif the entire assessment is paid within 30 days
- fr4w thb adoption of this Resolution; and he may at any time thereafter pay the City
it FEnence Director the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid with interest
,� itcaruea to December 31 of the year in -which such payment is made. Such payment must be
w amide -before- November 15 or interest will be charged through December 31 of the next
succeeding year.
i►."The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to tha
County Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the County and such
assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal
-. taxes.
x'53 The total cost of the improvement assessed by this Resolution is $9,106.65.
