Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the—

Couneilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-350
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK 2ND ADDITION
FOR PRIME DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (88058)
WHEREAS, Prime Development Corporation has requested approval for Final Plat for
Prime West Business Park 2nd Addition, a plat for one lot and two outlots located
northwest of Revere Lane and State Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Prime Development Corporation for Prime West Business Park 2nd Addition
located northwest of Revere Lane and State Highway 55; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the foilow ng
