Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on theft -r day of June, 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schne de�Z`ouncilmembers as 1 ou, Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-347
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE NET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR DOUGLAS
IHNKEN (88050)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for Douglas Ihnken for property
located at 4402 Urbandale Court under Resolution No. ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin
County.
4. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing (Lot Division) (Lot
Consolidation) with Hennepin County.
5. Removal of the accessory structure existing on Parcel B (as proposed).
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted In favor thereof: -Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker. Zitur
