Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of June , 1988. The

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-346
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR DOUGLAS IHNKEN, 4402 URBANDALE COURT (88050)
WHEREAS, Douglas Ihnken has requested approval for a Lot Division for the creation of
two lots, one for the existing single family residence, and one for the development of
one single family residence on property located at 4402 Urbandale Court;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 2 and Lot 9, Block 1, SCHMIDT'S GARDENS, City of Plymouth, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
To be divided as follows:
PARCEL A:
Lot 9, Block 1, and the east 10 ft. of Lot 2, Block 1, Schmidt's Gardens, Hennepin
County, Minnesota
PARCEL B:
Lot 2, Block 1, except the east 10 ft., Schmidt's Gardens, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
