Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on thday of June, 1988. The

Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-341
SETTING CONDITION TO BE NET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
SOUTHEAST OF ZACHARY LANE AND THE SOO LINE RAILROAD (88042)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
southeast of Zachary Lane and the Soo Line Railroad from FRD (future restricted
development) District to R-lA (low density single family residential) and R-2 (low
density multiple residence) District, in conjunction with the approval of the Final
Plat proposed for the "Zachary Heights;"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for "Zachary Heights"
for Graham Development Company, to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the
publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
voted in favor thereof: ayor-,chnelder, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker. Zitur
