Councilmember Sisk Introduced the following Resolution and moved its a pt on: RESOLUTION NO. 88-338 APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR FOR NORTHWOOD GAS COMPANY/KOEPPS-SERVICE CENTER (88024) WHEREAS,. Northwood Gas Company has requested a Conditional Use Permit for Koepps- Service Center to install and operate a propane gas dispenser (refueler) at the exist- ing service station located on the southwest corner of 36th Avenue North and County Road 18; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Northwood Gas Company for a Conditional Use Permit for Koepps-Service Center to install and operate a propane gas dispenser (refueler) at the existing service station located on the southwest corner of 36th Avenue North and County Road 18, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 3. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards. No signage shall be placed on the dispensing equipment except as required for safety and operational purposes. 4. There shall be no signage allowed on the property relative to the use. 5. There shall be no other outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related materials. 6. The permit shall be reviewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions. 7. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be verified by the City prior to Permit issuance. 8. The propane dispensing unit shall be located within structure setback standards for the B-3 Zoning District. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councllmembers Vasiliou Ricker Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstalnedt None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passea ana a op e .
