Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular _ meetinf; of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on Lite 20th
day of June 19 88 . The following members were present:

introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION N0. 88- 337
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING
LICENSE FOR PATRICK H. DEE
D/B/A DEE'S LIQUOR
WHEREAS, application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license has been
received from Patrick H. Dee, d/b/a Dee's Liquor, 4000 Annapolis Lane
North, for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council, in
accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds
no reason to deny the license request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that an Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License be approved for
Patrick H. Dee d/b/a Dee's Liquor, 4000 Annapolis Lane, for the period
June 20, 1988, through January 31, 1989.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Comri1000hwX Zitn.r , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zits &
The following voted against or abstained: Alone Sisk
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
