Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular I
meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the- 20th
day of .lune , 19 88 . The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
-The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-336
APPROVING OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
LICENSE FOR 3-C OF PLYMOUTH, INC.
1455 STATE HIGHWAY 101
WHEREAS, application for an off -sale non -intoxicating liquor license has been
received from Plymouth Country Store, 3-C of Plymouth, Inc., a subsidiary of
Red Own Stores, (Curtis A. Stephan, applicant), located at 1455 State Highway
101, for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance
with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no
reason to deny the license request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that an Off -Sale Non -intoxicating Liquor License be approved for
3-C of Plymouth (Curtis A. Stephan, applicant), 1455 State Highway 101,
for the period July 1, 1988. through June 30. 1989.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor -thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers VasilioufitirkgrSisk

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
