Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-333
CERTIFYING PETITIONER'S APPROVED APPRAISAL OF VALUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City of Plymouth is authorized to acquire land fcr'drainage, ponding, and
utility purposes.
2. After study and consideration, the City concluded that the real property
described in its Petition in Hennepin County District Court File No. CD -2070
(hereinafter "the subject property") was reasonably necessary and convenient
for use for drainage, ponding and utility purposes, and thus commenced
condemnation proceedings, including "Quick -Take" proceedings, to acquire the
subject property.
3. The City has requested and received an appraisal report that sets forth the
dam:,ges to the subject property that will occur by reason of the acquisition
thereof by the City.
4. Said appraisal report is in proper form, in compliance with the standards and
practices of the local appraisal community, and represents the best
professional judgment of its author.
5. After study and consideration, and on the recommendation of its staff, the
City has concluded that Mr. Brad Bjorklund's appraisal appropriate and
accurately estimates the damages that will be suffered on account of the
subject condemnation action.
6. The appraisal of Mr. Brad Bjorklund in the amount of $42,500 is declared to
be the City's approved appraisal of value within the meaning of Minna Stat.
1117.042 (1986).
7. The City's staff and attorney are directed to deposit forthwith with the
Court or pay directly to the appropriate owners a check in the amount of
City's approved appraisal of value for the benefit of the owners of the
subject property.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: put- yor Sisk, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
