Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota. was held on the 6th day of June 19-d&.
The following members were present: Deputy Mayor Sisk, _Councilmemhors Vasiliou
Ricker and *Zitur
The following members were absent: Mayor Schneider
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following_ Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88 -332
APPROVAL OF AMUSEMENT AND THEATRE LICENSE
WHEREAS,'application for an Amusement and Theatre License has been received from
the Maple Grove Mall Partnership, in accordance with Chapter XI, Section 1100 of
the City Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that an Amusement and Theatre license be approved for the Maple
Grove City Celebration located at Bass Lake Road and I-494; for the period of
June 22, 1988, through June 26, 1988.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmemb r _, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

The following vote against orabstained: N
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
