Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th
day of June , 19 88 . The following members were
present: Deputy Mayor Sisk, Councilmeligers Vas lou, Ricker and Zitur

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-331
APPROVING LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
UNION CITY MISSION/HOME FREE SHELTER
WHEREAS, the City has received notice of an application from the Union City
Mission/Home Free Shelter to the Minnesota Charitable Gambling Control Board for
a lawful gambling exemption to operate a raffle on July 6, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for
a lawful gambling exemption for the Union City Mission/Home

Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
