Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of June ,
1988. The following members were present: Deputy Mayor Sisk, Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Mayor Srhneider
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 325
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
FERNBROOK WOODS IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 720
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Geotextile stabilization fabric, common excavation and Class 5 on Ithaca
Lane south of 47th Avenue within the Fernbrook Woods Flat. The additional
costs will be assessed against the Fernbrook Addition.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the Fernbrook Woods Improvements Contract, Project No.
720 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 2 for Fernbrook Woods Improvements Contract, Project
No. 720 by adding $3,607.00 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $246,403.70
Previous Change Orders 5,600.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - ADD 3,607.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $255,610.70
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker,and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Sisk, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
