Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of

its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 323
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
THE MEADOWS OF BASS LAKE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 6, 1988, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the
improvement of The Meadows of Bass Lake by the installation of ornamental
residential street lights; and this report was received by the Council on June
6, 1988;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was
signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the
streets named as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted June 6, 1988. The petitioners
have waived their right to a public hearing.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for
these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will
be done by the Wright -Hennepin Coop Association.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnicilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: DewyMavor Sisk, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
