HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-321CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 01\n—ith, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of June 17oo. The following members were present: , Deputy Mayor Sisk. Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker and Zitur , The following members were absent: Mayor Schneider' Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-321 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING STEEPLECHASE 4TH ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 6, 1988, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Steeplechase 4th Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on June 6, 1988; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvemett. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted -June 6, 1988. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Sisk, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker , The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
