Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rh�e aular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of June , 1988. The

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-309
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RYAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF MINNESOTA (MPUD 86-1)

WHEREAS, Ryan Construction Company of Minnesota has requested approval for a
Conditional Use Permit to alter the Floodway by grading and fill activity as a function
of -the Wat-rford Park Plaza project located in the northeast quadrant of State Highway
.55 and Revere Lane (extended); and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Bassetts Creek Watershed Commission and the Department of
Natural Resources have reviewed the plans for these alterations and have no objections;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hear-
ing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Conditional Use Permit to alter the
Floodway consistent with plans filed with the City of Plymouth, the Bassetts Creek
Watershed Commission, and the Department of Natural Resources.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
