Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-307
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE. REZONING LAND LOCATED
IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF HIGHWAY 55 AND REVERE LANE (EXTENDED) (87027)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located in
,the Northeast Quadrant of Highway 55 and Revere Lane (extended) from (I-1 (planned
Industrial) District to 0-1 (office limited business) and B-3 (service business)
Districts, in conjunction with the approval of the Final Plat proposed for the
"Waterford Park Plaza;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and.hereby does direct the Final Plat for the "Waterford Park
Plaza", to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
voted In favor thereof: putt' Mayor Sisk, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker
and Zitur The ollow ng
voted against or abstained: Nona Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
