Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day
of June -, 1988. The following members were present:
DPpjitX Magnr Sisk, Councilmembers Vasihiou, Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Mayor Schneider
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

AOCtiPTING THE 1987 FINANCIAL REPORT AMID AUDIT
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the 1987 Financial Report
prepared by the Finance Director and the audit of said report prepared by
Seifert, Betts, 6 Co., LTD.; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Seifert, Bette, and Co., LTD., has issued an unqualified
opinion as to the results of their audit;
NOW, Ti LP+ORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that the financial report prepared by*the City's Finance
Director and the audit of said report as prepared by Seifert, Betts, 6 Co.,
UM. be and the mems are hereby approved and accepted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
enimcilmember Zitur, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: DeRuty Mayor Sisk, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
