HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-296CITY OF PLVNOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,a s cial greeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t day of Max, 1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schnei ec�r.- ouncilme ers Vasillou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk were absent: Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-296 APPOINTING COMMISSIONERS TO THE NORTHWEST SUBURBS CABLE COMMUNICATION COMMISSION WHEREAS, each member city of the Northwest Suburbs Cable Communication Commission is allotted two representatives to the commission; and WHEREAS, the two representatives consist of a City Council member and a community citizen; and WHEREAS, the terms of the existing Plymouth commissioners expire on June 1, 1988. -NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, appoint Mayor Virgil Schneider and City Manager James G. Willis to serve as Plymouth representatives to the Northwest Suburbs Cable Communication Commission for a term commencing June 1, 1988 through February 1, 1990. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou. me Toiiowing votea against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Passed and a opted.
