HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-285CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of May , 1988. The following members were present: , Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker. Zitur and Sisk , The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88- 285 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING TYRELL SIXTH ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 2, 1988, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Tyrell Sixth Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on May 16, 1988; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted May 16, 1988. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by .o m i lm . h - i ,r , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol lowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider.
