Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption;
RESOLUTION NO. 88-280
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR KENNETH STREETER, STREETER INVESTMENTS, FOR PLYMOUTH HILLS 6TH
ADDITION (87068) (MPUD 78-2)
WHEREAS, Kenneth Streeter, Streeter Investments, has requested approval for Final Plat
for Plymouth Hills 6th Addition (HPUD 78-2), a plat for one lot and two outlots located
southwest of 34th Avenue and Plymouth Boulevard;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereb) does approve the Final Plat for Kenneth Streeter,
Streeter Investments, for Plymouth Hills 6th Addition located southwest of 34th Avenue
and Plymouth Boulevard.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, Me follow ng
voted In favor t ereoMayorSchneider,-Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur
votieo against or abstained: a hereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
