Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of May
1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou
Ricker_ Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Cbuncilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 275
ACCEPTING REPORT, ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
HWY 55 AND REVERE LANE AREA
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 815
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of Hwy. 55 and Revere Lane area
was duly presented to the Council on the 7th day of March, 1988; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted March 7, 1988, a report has been
prepared by Strgar, Roscoe, Fausch, Inc.• with reference to the improvement and this
report was received by the Council on May 16, 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, -
MINNESOTA;
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of
sreal property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the
improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted March 16, 1988.
3. Strgar, Roscoe, Fausch, Inc. is designated as engineer for the
improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making
of,such improvement. ,
4. The construction contract will not be awarded until the owners of
Waterford Park Plaza Development and Prime West Business Park submit the
financial guarantees required by -the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Gnuncilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted.against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
