Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on Me- 4th day of
_ April , 19_B&. The following members were present:
Richer, Zitur and Sisk

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 221
APPROVING PROJECT NO. 809 PLYMOUTH CREEK SOCCER FIELD
RRA
WHEREAS, the 1988 capital improvements budget calls for the construction of
one soccer field at Plymouth Creek Park, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has prepared a cost analysis for
the construction of this field, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and
recommended approval of the construction of said field,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized
to proceed with the construction of a soccer field as proposed at Plymouth
Creek Park, and further, that funding for said project will transfer $50,000
from park dedication account 218-218 to construction account 401-401, Project
809.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by C uncilmember Sisk and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing VCt 111 awr ereo Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly-pg-ssed and adopted.
