PursWt to due call and notice thereof, a egullar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, --was held on the 4th day of
April , 19 88. The following members were present:
Ma r Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sim

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 220
RAA
APPROVING FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR ST. MARY'S NEIGHBORHOOD PARK
WHEREAS, the park consultant has prepared the final plans and specifications
for St. Mary's neighborhood park project no. 808, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recorimended approval of the
final plans and specifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said project,
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized
to bid project no. 808 in accordance with the approved plans and
specifications, and further, that the Finance Director is authorized to
transfer $117,520 from neighborhood park account 219-219 to the 401
construction account for funding of said project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon the
fol owing voted in avor ereo : Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers �asiliou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
