Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day
of March , 1988. The following minters were present:
Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker. Zitur and Sisk

Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and ntSved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-215
AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR INSURANCE FOR THE 1988/1989 INSURANCE PRO(MAM
WHEREAS, effective at 12:00 Midnight on March 31, 1988, all current insurance
policies will expire; and
W OWAS, the City has previously solicited quotations for the necessary
insurance coverages; and
WHEREAS, the City received a quotation from the League of Minnesota Cities
Insurance Trust and Kraus -Anderson Insurance at a cost of $132,387 for the
coverages and limitations set forth in the Finance Director's new dated March
23, 1988;
NOW, TlWMFRE, HE IT WMEW RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, that the City Council award the contract for all insurance coverages
as indicated in the Finance Director's mace, to the League of Minnesota Cities
Insurance Trust and Kraus -Anderson Insurance at a cost of $132,387.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co ncilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou,

The following voted against or abstained: None
