HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-207CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due cLll and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of March 1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou RiCkrar- 7itiir nnA Sick The following members were absent: None Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-207 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND DEERWOOD ESTATES PLAT TWO (A-784) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated March 28, 1984, Wiswell Estates, Inc. and International Development, Inc., developer of Deerwood Estates Plat Two (A-784) ), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: I= Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Site Grading and Drainage Improvements Park and Trail Improvements Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL ORIGINAL AMOUNT $ 25,800 NEW AMOUNT $ -0- 20,656 -0- 34,379 -0- -0- -0- 4,000 -0- -0- -0- -0- -0- 2,000 -0- 2,000 -0- 5,000 -0- -0- 11,260 -0- $ 105,095 -a- $ -0- That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $3,450 to $0 (zero) to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter is accepted for continual maintenance as of March 21, 1988. Letter of Credit No. 5585/1473 is hereby released. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: r Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: Nnne ' Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
