Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of
Ware -h , 1988. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Counclilmomher Zi •r introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 204
APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
DUNKIRK MEADOWS IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 817
WHEREAS, the extension of sanitary sewer, watermain and street improvements
are necessary for the development of the proposed Dunkirk Meadows Plat; and
WHEREAS, certain planning and professional engineering services are a
necessary part of said work; and
WHEREAS, Westwood Planning and Engineering Company has submitted a proposal to
provide such professional planning and engineering service, which proposal has
been reviewed by this council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the attached "Agreement to Provide Engineering
Services between Plymouth, Minnesota and Westwood Planning and Engineering
Company" is hereby approved and that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized to execute same on behalf of the City of Plymouth.
FURTHER, that the Engineer is directed to proceed with the Phase I services.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
