Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of March
1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou
Bicker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-201
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
CLEANING, REPAIRING AND PAINTING PLANT WATER TOWER
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Part A: Paint riser pipe $2,500.00
Part B: Weld crack and structural members in riser cone $7,480.00
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Cleaning, Repairing and Painting Plant Water Tower is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for Cleaning, Repairing and Painting Plant Water
Tower by adding $9,980.00 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $ 167,460.00
Previous Change Orders -0-
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - Add 9.980.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $177.460.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: _Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
