HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-196CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of March , 1988. The following members were present: , mayor Schneider, Councilmemhers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk , The following members were absent: None Cniincilmemher Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-196 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR PONDING PURPOSES OUTLOT 0 - PARKERS LAKE NORTH 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Northland Land Company has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility easements and drainage easement for ponding purposes: The drainage and utility easement and drainage easement for ponding purposes in Outlot 0, Parkers Lake North 2nd Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of April 18, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provide by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker. , 7.i rljr and Sick The following voted •against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
