Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of March , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schne efd r rouncilme ermb s VasT=u RicVe-r,
Zitur and Sisk The
following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-192
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR TRAMMELL CROW COMPANY FOR PLYMOUTH FREEWAY CENTER 4TH ADDITION
(88013)
WHEREAS, Trammell Crow Company has requested approval for Final Plat for Plymouth
Freeway Center 4th Addition, a plat for two outlots located soukhwest of Fernbrook Lane
and 34th Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Trammell Crow
Company for Plymouth Freeway Center 4th Addition located wouthwest of Fernbrook Lane
and 34th Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol o ung
voted In favor thereof: Ma or Schnelder Councilmembers Vasillou Ricker
Zitur and Sisk The following
voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
