Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of March , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Muncilme e� ou Ricer
Zitur and Sisk e

Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-191
APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR PLYMOUTH BIBLE CHAPEL
(88014)
WHEREAS, Plymouth Bible Chapel has requested approval of a Site Plan and Conditional
Use Permit Amendment for the construction of a 8 x 10 ft. vestibule at the rear of the
church located at 10605 36th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Plymouth Bible Chapel
for a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit Amendment for the Plymouth Bible Chapel to
construct an 8 x 10 ft. vestibule at the rear of the church located at 10605 36th
Avenue North, subject to the following conditions:
1. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals
per Ordinance provisions.
2. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be ground for revocation.
3. The site shall be maintained In a sanitary manner.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, t:he following
voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker
Zitur and Sisk The following
