Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on th� day of March , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schne end r,To-uncilmem ersas ou, RiclFeer,
Zitur and Sisk The
were absent:
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-189
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR VICKSBURG ADDITION FOR MARK RAVICH, VICKSBURG APARTMENT
COMPANY (87131) (RPUD 88-01)
WHEREAS, Mark Ravich, Vicksburg Apartment Company, has requested approval for a Final
Plat fur Vicksburg Addition (RPUD 88-01), a plat for 334 apartment units on one lot
located northeast of Vicksburg Lane and New County Road 9; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Mark Ravich,
Vicksburg Apartment Company, for Vicksburg Addition located northeast of Vicksburg Lane
and New County Road 9;
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the ollowing

voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
