Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of March , 1988. The

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-187
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
NORTHEAST OF VICKSBURG LANE AND NEW COUNTY ROAD 9 (87131)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located east
of northeast of Vicksburg Lane and New County Road 9 from FRD (future restricted
development) District to R-4 (high density multiple residence) District in conjunction
with approval of the Final Plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat to be filed with
Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmenber Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon,thefollowing

Resolution was declared duly passed and a opte
