Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of March '1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schne ec1—rZ.ounclime ers as ou Ricer

following ers were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-181
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
SOUTHWEST OF COUNTY ROAD 10 AND NATHAN LANE (87109)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
southwest of County Road 10 and Nathan Lane from FRD (future restricted development)
District to R-2 (low density multiple residential) District, R-3 (medium density
multiple residence) District and B-2 (shopping center business) District in conjunction
with approval of the Final Plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat to be filed with
Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasillou Ricker
Zitur and Sisk I The following
voted agaln3t or abstained: None hereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
