The following members were present: Mayor Schne e��ouncilmembers aassilTou RicTcer Zitur and Sisk The following rs were absent: None ww• �►+►a *a w Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-180 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL REGISTERED LAND SURVEY (R.L.S.) NO. FOR MARTIN AND JOAN LEEPER (87095) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Registered Land Survey (R.L.S.) No. as requested by Martin and Joan Leeper; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said R.L.S.: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Dedication of prposed open space parcel and payment of park dedication tees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits in an amount determined according to verified acreage and according to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final R.L.S. with Hennepin County. 3. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 4. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 5. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final R.L.S. 6. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final R.L.S. is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasillou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the followrnj voted n favor thereof: ounc members Vasiliou Ricker Zitur and Sisk The foilow ng voted against or abstained: Mayor Schneider Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
