Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of March , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
Zitur, and Sisk The
following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-179
APPROVING FINAL REGISTERED LAND SURVEY (R.L.S.) NO. FOR MARTIN AND JOAN LEEPER
(87095)
WHEREAS, Martin and 'loan Leeper have requested approval for a Final Registered Land
Survey (R.L.S.) No. to plat an unserviced 20 acre parcel into four parcels on
property located at 5 25 uneau Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Registered Land Survey
(R.L.S.) No. for Martin and Joan Leeper, a plat for four parcels on property
located at 5525 Juneau Lane North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Counclimembers Vasiliou Ricker Zitur, and Sisk
The following
voted against or abstained: Mayor Schneider Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
