HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-178CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of March , 1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, rouncilmembers Vasil ou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk fhe following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-178 APPROVING PRELIMINARY REGISTERED LAND SURVEY (R.L.S.) FOR MARTIN AND JOAN LEEPER (87095) WHEREAS, Martin and Joan Leeper have requested approval for a Preliminary Registered Land Survey for three parcels one for public open space, one for the existing residence, and one for a new building site, on 20 acres located at 5525 Juneau Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Registered Land Survey for Martin and Joan Leeper for three parcels on 20 acres located at 5525 Juneau Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Remkal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 3. Dedic on of proposed .open space parcel and payment of park dedication fees -in eu of dedication with appropriate credits in an amount determined accordin\reco ified acreage and according to the Dedication Policy in effect at the timeng the Final Registered Land Survey with Hennepin County. 4. No Builmits shall be issued until the Final Registered Land Survey is filed aned with Hennepin County. 5. No yard setbackariances are granted or implied. The motion for adoption the foregoing Resol'ution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ouncilmembers Vasiliou Ricker Zitur and Sisk e voted against or abstained: Resolution was declared duly the
