OF PLYMDUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the__.nth day of March ' , 1988._ The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, ouncilmem�ers lVas11 ou, Ricker Zitur and Sisk e fo low my members were absent: None Counclimember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adopt on: RESOLUTION 88-173 RESCINDING -RESOLUTION 88-45 AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A REVISED LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND PLYMOUTH PARK, SEWER AND WATER, STREET AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEES REPRESENTED BY THE AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY, AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES COUNCIL 14 (AFSCME) FOR 1988-1990 WHEREAS, in accordance with the Minnesota Public Employee Labor Relations Act, the City Is required to meet to negotlage wages and conditions of employment with the exclusive employee representative representing Plymouth maintenance employees; and WHEREAS, in a report dated January 7, 1988, the City Manager has outlined the terms of the settlement which had been agreed to by both parties, pursuant to such negotiations; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the Council's original approving action on January 11, 1988, the agreement was renegotiated to provide for a full three-year agreement, rather than wage and insurance reopener for calendar year 1990. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, authorize the execution of a 1988-1990 Labor Agreement between the City of Plymouth and Plymouth Park, Sewer and Water, Street and Equipment Maintenance employees represented by -the American Federation of State, County and: Municipal Employees Council 14 for 1988 through 1990, as set forth in the staff memorandum dated February 24, 1988; and FURTHER, Resolution 88 -45 -is hereby rescinded in its entirety.
