Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th_

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 88-170
APPROVING 1988 CIGARETTE LICENSE APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS, application for Cigarette License has been received from the party
listed below in accordance with Chapter SI, Section 1150.01 of the City Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License application from the party
listed below be approved for the period of March 7, 1988 through December 31,
1988:

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor there—of: _Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
