Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on thday of March , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider Councilmembeersaas l ou RTc-ker
Zitur and Sisk the
following members were absent: None
Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-158
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR PRIME DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK

WHEREAS, Prime Development Corporation has requested approval for a Final Plat for
Prime West Business Park, a plat for outlots on property located at State Highway 55
and Quaker Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Prime Development
Corporation for Prime West Business Park, a plat for outlots on property located at
State Highway 55 and Quaker Lane North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the Following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker and Zitur
