Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a __r_eguu_l_a_r� meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnescta, was held on the — day of March, 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schnne�er Councilme'm ers Vasf ou RUcker
Zitur and Sisk The
following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-153
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING' LAND AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF INTERSTATE 494 AND COUNTY ROAD 9 (87087)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located at
the southeast corner of Interstate 494 and County Road 9 from FRO (future restricted
development) District to R-4 (high density multiple residence) District in conjunction
with approval of the Final Plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat to be filed with
Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, thefollowing
voted In favor thereo ayor SchHeider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur
and Sisk The following
voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
