Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of March , 1988. The

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-152
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE NET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION
FOR JAMES LEWIS (88007)
WHEREAS, the City. -Council has approved a Lot Consolidation/Division for James Lewis for
for property located at 12400 18th Avenue North under Resolution No. ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Consolidation/Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
Z. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing the Lot
Consolidation/Division with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
