Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re�ula_r_ meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the7t�i day of March , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneier,ouncilmembers asil ou Ricker
Zitur and Sisk The
following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-151
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR JAMES LEWIS (88007)
WHEREAS, James Lewis has requested approval for Lot Consolidation/Division for two
platted lots within the "Fox Forest" and "Word of Life Addition" to relocate a common
lot line at 12400 18th Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED EY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 1, Block 1, WORD OF LIFE ADDITION, and;
Lot 4, Block 1, FOX FOREST, Hennepin County, Minnesota
To be Consolidated and Divided as follows:
PARCEL 1:
Lot 1, Block 1, Word of Lifp Addition, EXCEPT that part of Lot 1, Block 1, WORD OF
. LIFE ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence
South 89 degrees 48 minutes 33 seconds East, assumed basis for bearings, 111.01
feet along the south line of said Lot 1, to the point of beginning of the parcel
to be described, said point also being the northwest corner of Lot 4, Block 1, FOX
FOREST, according to the recorded plat thereof, in said Hennepin County,
Minnesota; thence North 75 degrees 16 minutes 38 seconds East 214.75 feet; thence
South 22 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds East 60.00 feet to said south line, said
point also being the northeast corner of said Lot 4; thence North 89 degrees 48
minutes 33 seconds West 230.87 feet along said south line, also being the north
line of said Lot 4, to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2:
Lot 4, Block 1, FOX FOREST, and commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 1;
thence South 89 degrees 48 minutes 33 seconds East, assumed basis for bearings,
111.01 feet along the south line of said Lot 1, to the point of beginning of the
parcel to be described, said point also being the northwest corner of Lot 4, Block
1, FOX FOREST, according to the recorded plat thereof, in said Hennepin County,
Minnesota; thence North 75 degrees 16 minutes 38 seconds East 214.75 feet; thence

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o ow ng
voted In favor thereof: Mayor Sc neider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Riker
Zitur and Sisk
