Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of March , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schnee Council,mem ers�Pa-3fiou Ricker.

Councilmember Zltur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-149
SETTING CONDITION TO BE NET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
EAST OF 33RD AVENUE NORTH AND DUNKIRK LANE (87097)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located east
of 33rd Avenue North and Dunkirk Lane from FRD (future restricted development) District
to R-lA (low density single family residential) District and B-1 (office limited
business) District in conjunction with approval of the Final Plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat to be filed with
Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the ollowing
