Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a __r_egu_l_a_r_ meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the - t day of March , 1988. The

Councilmember Sisk _ introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption: -
RESOLUTION NO. 88-146
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR AMOCO OIL COMPANY 2NLI ADDITION FOR AMOCO OIL COMPANY (87062)
WHEREAS, Amoco Oil Company has requested approval for Final Plat for Amoco Oil Company
2nd Addition, a plat for one commercial lot located at the southwest corner of I-494
and Vinewood Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Amoco Oil Company
for Amoco Oil Company 2nd Addition located at the southwest corner of I-494 and
Vinewood Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
