Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of March , 1988. The
following members were present:_ Mayor Schneider, T-Ouncilmeermb—3Nisil IOU,` Ricer
Zitur and Sisk e
following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-145
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR AMOCO OIL COMPANY (87062)
WHEREAS, Amoco Oil Company has requested approval for Rezoning and Preliminary Plat
for Amoco Addition at the southeast corner of I-494 and County Road 9; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hear-
ing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat for Amoco Oil
Company for Amoco Addition located at the southeast corner of I-494 and County Road 9,
subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for sewer
and water.
4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of issuance of a Building Permit.
5. Provisions for a 20 ft. wide trail easement per Comprehensive Park Plan, as veri-
fied by the Parks and Engineering Departments.
6. Rezoning shall be finalized with filing of the Final Plat.
7. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
8. Access shall be limited to internal public roads and restricted from County Road
9.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counellmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted n favor thereof: a or Schneider, Counclimembers Vasiliou Ricker Zitur
and Sisk Ine following
voted against or abstained: Nwa Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
