Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, 'Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of March, 1988. The

C.,uncilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 88-144
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED AT
THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF INTERSTATE 494 -AND VINEWOOD LANE (87062)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located at
the southwest corner of Interstate 494 and Vinewood Lane North from FRO (future
restricted development) District to B-3 (service business) District in conjunction with
approval of the Final Plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat to be filed with
Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted In favor thereof: M or Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker
Utur and Sisk e following
voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
