Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular_ meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th- day of March , 1988.
The following members were present:_ Mayor Sehne der, ouncilmembers Va-3MI us
Ricker Zitur and Sisk

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-142
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR PRINTING
PLYMOUTH ON PARADE
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for printing Plymouth on Parade for one
yezr; and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement:

AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Nystrom Printing, Inc. of Maple Grove is the lowest
responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
I. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the
attached contract with Nystrom Printing, Inc., in the name of the City of
Plymouth for the printing of Plymouth on Parade for one year, in accordance
with the bid submitted February 26, 1988.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the
successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a
contract has been signed.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: _�tayor Schneider, Councilmemhers Vasiliou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
